- **David**: "Although on paper, Suntan is very well equipped with everything you might need in fact there wasn't even a can opener that worked let alone a reasonable sized cutting board! There were no maps  or any information about the nearest supermarket etc and how to get there., and although it said there was a listing for the TV channels - we never found one.<br/>However, the pool, the lanai, all the bedrooms and bathrooms were of good standard and comfortable. There were sun loungers, beach chairs and umbrellas which were great to take on the beach.  <br/>Hurricane Ian arrived at the start of our last week and we evacuated to a shelter where we stayed for two days. It was when we returned that things started to fall apart.  We returned to a home with wet floors, no power, water, phone or internet and the pool was unusable due to hurricane damage to the lanai. We were completely cut off with no news or information - and all shops, petrol stations and restaurants  were closed.  All our food had spoilt in the fridge/freezer with no power and we were unable to reach anyone for advice or help, so things became really difficult.  We were so relieved to fly home to the UK a few days later. <br/>We will certainly not return to Florida in the hurricane season again - what was meant to be a dream holiday turned into a nightmare!"
